Sometimes it seems that no matter how much energy we put into navigating life's complexities a stable experience of contentment eludes us. A familiar reason is that our painful states of mind, such as anxiety, dissatisfaction, and anger sabotage all our hard work. This is a particularly difficult challenge in these troubled times.
In this course, How to Solve Our Human Problems, we will uncover clear explanations for this conundrum. Once examined, we will explore reliable methods to shift our efforts into creating a stable happiness regardless of our external conditions.

Kelsang Nyema will guide a brief meditation, and there will be a raffle with donations from local restaurants, wellness centers and more!
