In difficult times, we often focus on changing the world around us while overlooking the state of our own mind. "Yet without inner peace, outer peace is impossible” - Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
This workshop offers practical meditations drawn from The New Meditation Handbook to help calm the mind, cultivate compassion, and recognize the kindness of all living beings. Through step-by-step practices, we learn to respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity, balance, and care for others.
As we deepen our understanding of our interdependence with others, compassion naturally begins to emerge. From this understanding comes the possibility for genuine and lasting benefit for both ourselves and others.
Whether you are new to meditation or deepening an existing practice, these teachings offer practical tools for developing a more peaceful heart and a more compassionate way of relating to the world.
$25 Non Members, Members can be in person or online.
