Workshop: Saturday October 19 10:30 - 12:00pm.
In this introductory course designed for beginners as well as people who want to deepen their practice, you will learn meditation and the Buddhist approach to training the mind. Applying these methods in your everyday life will lead to happiness and a sense of purpose and harmony in your relationships. Learn how to get started, and how to set up a personal meditation practice that brings a sense of balance, peace and clarity into your life.
The workshop will include some guided meditations and provide plenty of time for questions.
