Imagine being able to respond skillfully to problems and conflicts with a peaceful, flexible, solution-oriented mind—free from anger, repression or fear. Participants will learn to apply Buddha’s teachings on anger. By understanding the nature and causes of anger, we can begin to transform problems and conflicts into opportunities for personal growth and true inner power.

The class consists of instruction, guided meditations and discussion. The mind-training methods taught in this course include meditation and meditation break exercises—tried-and-tested methods which can be practiced by anyone regardless of prior experience.

Each class is self contained, pre-registration not required.
