So many people say that they do not have a regular daily practice, even after years of meditating. This morning class is designed to help us develop a daily practice by starting small and learning to enjoy the process of changing - slowly and consistently - for the better. Through developing a daily practice we will come to know first hand all the benefits of meditation, including a peaceful heart and a happy mind.

Each class is self contained, pre-registration not required.
