If we want to be truly happy and free from suffering, we must learn to transform our mind. Buddha taught extraordinary methods for mental transformation. 

In these talks and guided meditations we explore Buddha’s profound insights.

Each class will include guided meditation, teaching, discussion, and Q&A time.
