We all share the wish for a happy and painfree life. According to Buddha, each and every one of us has the potential to make this wish come true, not only for ourselvess but for others too. In Buddha’s teachings on love, compassion and wisdom, we find methods to awaken and actualize this potential. Join us for a 5-week series of timeless instructions and sublime meditations to become truly happy and free.

This series will cover:

  • The Power of Love and Compassion (Feb. 14)

  • Empathy and effort (Feb. 21)

  • The supreme good heart (Feb. 28)

  • Becoming a Bodhisattva (March 7)

  • The mind of a Yogi or Yogini (March 14)

It is recommended that you participate in the entire series, but individual classes can be enjoyed on their own. Everyone is welcome to attend regardless of prior meditation experience.
