In this introductory class series designed for beginners as well as people who want to deepen their practice, you will learn meditation and the Buddhist approach to training the mind.  Applying these methods will lead to happiness and a sense of purpose and harmony in your relationships. 

Each class is self contained, pre-registration not required.
