According to Buddha, our suffering comes about due to the uncontrolled and painful states of mind known as delusions. In each class we will focus on how to deal with a particular delusion, among them desirous attachment, anger, pride, jealousy, and miserliness. Learning practical methods to reduce the power of these delusions will allow us to experience a deep and satisfying emotional freedom, and give us the skill to be the person we wish to be, positive, joyful and loving.
