During this course, you’ll learn three simple meditations to make your mind calm and peaceful. We know that when the mind is not peaceful, it’s very difficult to be happy and relaxed - even if we are living in the very best conditions. When our mind is peaceful, we are free from worries and mental discomfort, and we experience happiness and relaxation. If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience deeper forms of inner happiness. Eventually, we will be able to stay happy and positive all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.

In this 3-part series, you will be guided - through teachings and meditation- in three simple meditations you can use in everyday life. In addition, you’ll learn the benefits of mediation and be given tips to improve your practice.

Oct 3rd - Inner Peace, a basic breathing meditation to help disengage our mind from the busyness of everyday life and create a special feeling of inner peace.

Oct 10th - Pure Light, a meditation that combines mindfulness of the breath with creative imagination, and leads to a deep feeling of inner calm and purity.

Oct 17th - Inspiration, a very special mediation that combines mindfulness of the breath with a recitation of a mantra, which calms our mind and strengthens our life force at our heart.

Each class is self contained, pre-registration not required.
